I’m Ann Konkler, founder of Lean Leaf Solutions. I help organizations see how work actually flows, align across boundaries, and improve value delivery — especially in complex, fast-changing environments. With more than 25 years of experience spanning IT leadership, professional services, and enterprise transformation, I bring a systems-thinking, flow-focused approach to each engagement—structured where it helps, adaptable where it matters.
