Hi, I’m Ann Konkler.

I’m the founder of Lean Leaf Solutions. With more than 25 years of experience spanning IT leadership, professional services, and enterprise transformation, I’ve learned that most organizations get the outcomes they’re set up to produce.

I help leaders and teams see how work actually happens, understand the forces shaping those outcomes, and identify where small, well-chosen changes can make a meaningful difference.

My perspective comes from working on many sides of organizational change—from building software and leading teams to improving enterprise delivery, teaching, facilitating, and helping organizations rethink how work gets done. That experience has taught me to look beyond the obvious problem and ask what else in the system may be contributing to it.

I don’t come in with a predetermined answer or a methodology to impose. Sometimes the right next step is a workshop or facilitated session. Sometimes it’s a focused advisory conversation. Sometimes an Agile or Lean practice is useful. The approach depends on the problem, the people involved, and the context.

I work independently, bringing in trusted partners when a project benefits from additional expertise or capacity.
