About Ann Konkler
I’m Ann Konkler, founder of Lean Leaf Solutions.
With more than 25 years of experience spanning IT leadership, professional services, and enterprise transformation, I’ve learned that most organizations get the outcomes they’re set up to produce. I help leaders and teams see how work actually happens, understand the forces shaping those outcomes, and identify where small, well-chosen changes can make a meaningful difference.
Backed by a trusted network of expert partners, I work with organizations of different sizes and stages. Whether the challenge is improving coordination across teams, adapting to changing priorities, or seeing the larger system at work, the goal is the same: making it easier to focus effort where it will have the greatest impact.
My perspective is grounded in experience that spans building software, improving enterprise delivery, and navigating change from the team level to the executive suite.
If you'd like to explore what might be possible, I'd be glad to talk.
